Ms. Zera Clemon passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 in Clinton, Md.
Her oldest son, George Glee, Jr. preceded her in death.
George was a member of ESH's class of 1958. He is remembered as the starting quarterback of the football team for two years. After graduation, he received a football scholarship to Voorhees College in South Carolina.
George's sibling, Sidney, was a member of the football and basketball teams, I believe, for 3 years (two years for sure, 1957 and 1958-59). He also received a football scholarship to Voorhees College.
Sidney is remembered by many, for his works, as a top official in the District of Columbia government in the 80's.
Annette was also noted for her participation in activities in high school.
Ms. Clemon's visitation, 11 a.m., and funeral services, scheduled for noon, will be at Metropolitan Baptist Church, on County Street in Suffolk, VA on Saturday, May 28, 2016.
